Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: custom or personalized orders such as the bath caddy, lip balms, body butters, lotion bars, sugar scrubs, bath salts & bath tea, bubble bath /body wash, hand and body cream, facial wash or moisturizers due to health/hygiene reasons.

Please contact us if you receive damaged items or believe your item has been lost in the mail. We will work with you to resolve any shipping issues.
